At Blue-i, every item is made to order using premium print-on-demand technology through our trusted production partners. This means your product is created specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this custom production process, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or change-of-mind reasons.
However, we stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives with any manufacturing defect, printing error, or shipping damage, we will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our policy.
1. When We Accept Returns or Refund Requests
We will offer a free replacement or refund if:

The product arrives damaged during shipping

The print quality is noticeably poor or there is a manufacturing defect

You received the wrong product, size, or color compared to your order confirmation
2. How to Report an Issue
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it by emailing bluei.creators@gmail.com.
Your message should include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
We cannot process claims without photo evidence.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Wrong size ordered (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)

Delivery failure due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling or use
4. Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us or our production partner due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can arrange a reshipment at the customer’s expense.
5. Refund & Replacement Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost or a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

In some cases, we may request that the defective item be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.
